I’ve never been one of those “Oh, it’s Monday…” type of people, but I feel my age is starting to catch up with me.
Around January, I picked up a 12 hour shift on Sundays at the side hustle and closing Monday nights…
It’s a pretty mind-numbing job really, you stand there, assist employees with discounts and customer complaints and you show people where to sit.
Honestly, I’m more prepared each week for school, as it gives me time to grade and plan.
But lately, the extra 2 hours of sleep are in need right now – coffee is still the magic juice for each morning, but I find myself trying to fill my cup before noon each day to get that extra kick going.
